SCOPE: Parking garage and balcony repairs, replacement of the aluminum railing system and all windows and doors.
This project is expected to be completed within a 60 week schedule and is one of the largest restoration projects currently ongoing in Toronto.
- extensive concrete repairs to the balconies and garage slabs
- removal and replacement of the suspended ramp slab
- reconstruction of the intermediate slab ledge beams and expansion joints
- new aluminum railing system complete with divider panels
- re-caulking of the building
- new aluminum windows and doors
- new roof anchor system
- waterproofing isolated balconies
