    SCOPE: Balcony Repairs, Caulking, Railing Panel Replacement, and Garage Repairs.


    The project was started in September of 2002 and was completed in September 2003. The intermediate slab repairs will be completed in phases to allow for the continued use of the underground garage while minimizing disruption to tenants.
    • extensive shearwall repairs 3,000 sq. ft.
    • recaulking entire building
    • roof deck and intermediate slab repairs and waterproofing
    • partial suspended slab removal and replacement 8,000 sq. ft.
