    CONSULTANT: Frank Anrep & Associates Ltd.
    PROJECT VALUE: $700,000.00
    SCOPE: Parking Garage Repairs and Traffic Topping Installation

    All work was completed during evening hours and weekends to minimize disruption to the Police services. Total area of waterproofing installation was approximately 100,000 square feet.
    • removal of existing traffic topping system
    • extensive concrete repairs
    • mastic traffic topping installation
