    PROJECT VALUE: $3,000,000.00
    SCOPE: Underground parking garage restoration

    The project was started in March 2002 and completed in early 2003. Project was being completed in 3 phases to allow for continuing use of the underground garage and roof deck.

    • total topside removal with Hydrodemolition 100,000 sq. ft.
    • reconstruction of intermediate slab and roof deck ledge beams
    • installation of new bearing pads and preformed expansion joint installation
    • isolated roof deck waterproofing repairs
    • installation of new thin traffic topping system to intermediate slab
