CONSULTANT: Firm & Associates Engineering Ltd.
SCOPE: Waterproofing of the underground parking garage roof deck
This project, which originally began as a restoration and retaining wall contact, was expanded by the owners to include a new transformer vault with new secondary cable connections and new house lighting feeds. All electrical work was carried out without disruption to tenants, as a mobile generator supplied power to the building during the completion of the repairs.

- removal and replacement of a portion of the garage roof slab
- the demolition and installation of a new retaining wall
