    OWNER: Toronto Community Housing Corporation
    CONSULTANT: Ojdrovic Engineering Inc.
    SCOPE: Total slab edge removal of all the balcony slabs.

    The project was completed with an accelerated schedule all work had to completed within 16 weeks.

    • concrete repairs
    • new aluminum railing system complete with divider panels
    • re-caulking of the building
    • new textured coating to the all exposed concrete surfaces
    • waterproofing isolated balconies
