    (county road #14 and #81)
    CONSULTANT: County of Middlesex, Engineering Dept.
    PROJECT VALUE: $40,000.00
    SCOPE: Replacement of existing asphalt expansion joints with steel armored mechanical expansion joints

    Project had to be completed in two phases to allow for traffic flow.

    • extensive traffic control
    • construction of new blockout for expansion joint
    • elastomeric concrete installation
    • mechanical joint installation and welding
    • expansion joint seal installation
