The Craft of Building Better Together
Built by People Who Care
For over 25 years, Canmar has restored buildings across Eastern Ontario, Ottawa, Kingston, the GTA, and Halifax. We treat every building like it is our own, and we look after the people who make that possible.
Ready to join a crew that moves with purpose and respect?
Who We Are
Canmar Contracting Ltd. is a building restoration company focused on building envelope systems, structural repair, parking garage rehabilitation, waterproofing, and concrete and masonry repair. We are a family-built business, led by Mark and Frank, grounded in integrity, quality, and steady relationships.
The result is simple, strong projects, and a team that sticks around.
Life at Canmar
From field to office, we plan well, execute efficiently, and support one another. You’ll find mentorship and a culture that respects the job and the person doing it.

Safety, Training, and Readiness
Everyone goes home safe every day. We meet or exceed Ministry of Labour standards, provide current CSA-approved PPE, and keep training active and in-house with a full-time Health and Safety Coordinator.
